Embodied Pray

Learn the inherent wisdom of embodiment and EVERYTHING changes.  The movement of complex chains of events turns the mind, body, and spirit into patterns of life.  Awareness of this movement turns life into Grace.

Movement is based on the Feldenkrais Method

Bring mat and towels, dress warm.  All physical conditions welcome.
